Technology with low environmental impact
It would be interesting a low-emission industrial and energy development parallel to the normal one, which could perhaps lead to the inclusion of the pollution factor which could, in the simplest case, increase the unrest in the region and reduce the manpower derived from it at the cost of lower energy and industrial efficiency.

I have plans for environmental impact of techs and industry, but I have to work on other features first. I'll do my best to integrate this concept when I can.
