Also I don't have a screenshot of this, but in the womb I got stuck in a room that had 2 red fat guys in the middle, they were surrounded by rocks and wouldn't jump on me

Hello, when I first subbed, everything was working great until I decided to take deliverance off from the mod menu and the game crashed. When I launched it again, another crash. So I uninstall TBoI and my mods and the game continues to crash. I unsub from this mod, same thing, and if I resub, the game launches and I can play.
So basically, I am stuck with a mod that I cannot unsub from, otherwise my game crashes.
(Whether I skip the intro or not).

Try to unsub the Mods and delete it manuel from you PC. There are in /Documents/MyGames/TboIA+Mods

There seems to be a slight compatibility issue with the redesigned Adam mod by piber20. When both mods are active the dagger that occasionally plunges into enemies when you hit them has its sprite and name replaced with the item Adam's Rib, despite keeping its effect. I know compatibility issues are probably at the bottom of your list of priorities with this new release but i figured I should document the only issue Ive had with this outstanding mod!

I tried to delete the mod from my TBoIA+Mods folder and still didn't work.
I took off every single mod except Deliverance, then Delivrerance, I put my mods back on, closed my game and unsubbed from this mod and now it works fine.

The Lighter active item is setting charmed enemies (like bonies from Book of the Dead) on fire.

There is a room that can get you stuck in. It's a room in the Caves with a big mushroom guy in the middle stuck between rocks. He eventually destroys the rocks that lead to the player to hit him but the rocks that were behind him are still blocking the path torward the next room to the right if you entered trough the left door, blocking you if you don't have a bomb. I couldn't screen cap it but I hope i was clear enough.

Some items such as Sailor's Hat or Lucky Saucer cause the character's sprite to glitch between idle animation and the current one(such as moving),

For some reason every time I grab the item that gives you half a heart each time you eat a pill, and I press LT (the button to drop a trinket) I end up with a room full of pills (this happened to me when I played as The Forgotten and wanted to change to The Soul)

So I don't remember the name of the item but the gross green meat that makes you fart randomly? So I had an incident where I had the Pokemon Go item and a charmed bat appeared. I was holding down shoot and farted from the item, the fart cloud hit my bat, poisoned it, and killed it. Would be fine if it was an enemy but the poor guy just wanted to help!

The 'Breathing Fire' pickup (I think that is what it is called (the one which looks like a burning twig)) is broken. I'm unable to shoot any tears of any sort, no matter when I pick it up.
