No, this mod doesn’t add any new floors, huge bosses(?) or anything like that. We’ve put some cute monsters and items which we'd like to see in the game!
In general, Deliverance adds:
44 new items!
8 trinkets, 4 cards, new heart and a new pill!
30+ new enemies!
900+ new rooms!
Secrets!

Mod Supports:

True-Coop!

Encyclopedia compatibility!

External item descriptions compatibility!

Obituary seems a bit overpowered. I get about a 0.1-0.7 permanent damage per room I beat. I am playing as Tainted lost who has a x1.3 damage multiplier, but it still seems like way too much.
