I was getting my ass kicked by a squad of the United Heroes League, and I ran around the Great Desert, hoping they wouldn't catch me. I found some land striders, but since I didn't spoil the animals, I though I was even more ♥♥♥♥♥♥ because all I saw from my P.O.V was a pack of huge ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ elephants trying to bite my head off like rhinos biting a watermelon. So I actually ran into the elephants, deciding to get eaten by them, then just loading a save. But, the elephants actually killed the heroes (those things do like 106-134 dam per hit on weak opponents.) and so I had a ♥♥♥♥ ton of loot to sell in the UC and some good starting gear. And I just kept repeating the process. Leading bandits, heroes, and the occasional pissed off samurai into the elephants.

TL;DR: Might wanna debuff elephants, but prolly not since even though they're so dangerous, they're friendly and give ♥♥♥♥ tons of skins and meat. Making them one of the few actual enemies that can be useful end-game. Especially for taming them.

The first time I saw a Landstrider I nearly let my squad run straight through to a beak thing nest fun times
