I Usually Hate these, but weapon is neato.

My first time even remotely trying to write a weapon stats, so they probably suck

bazaar does a better job than most things people say here :O

+Semi auto: no reloading between shots, can remain scoped in after firing (basically allows the weapon to fire every 0.5 seconds rather than 1.5 seconds)
+Faster movement while scoped in (still slightly slower than regular walking speed)

-Now has a 5 rounds clip that reloads in 2 seconds (with a 25 ammo capacity)
(If the weapon is too powerfull we could also had slight spread to unscoped firing)

Damage Penatly could be lower or higher. it would need test in game
My Idea is to make a subclass for sniper. Good at close and mid range combat but bad at long range combat
