Trying to disable fall damage altogether
So figured this as a discussion would be better.

These are my current mod settings:

l4f_user_hints = true mp_falldamage = 0 fall_speed_fatal = 100000 fall_speed_safe = 90000 l4f_disable_ledge_hang = true

But for some reason this doesn't disable the ledge hanging, and always makes the players scream when they jump (If this is unavoidable i understand)

Any suggestions on how to make this work and/or any idea why the disable ledge cvar doesn't seem to work?

Is there anything else I need to do to make the l4f fake cvars work? Besides install this mod? Those commands don't seem to work.

Remove the = signs.
