MANUAL FIX FOR GT V2 / MOD V2.1 UPDATE
Until I can update Mods again, here is the means in which you can play the Thousand Islands without everything becoming Ruins.

First, download this file: https://www.dropbox.com/s/mxgy22aa3sqny6z/unoccupied_province_events.txt?dl=0 .

Next, in the Mod folder of this Mod, place said file into the "EVENTS" folder.

That's all there is to it.

Due to complications with the Steam Workshop, I can no longer update my Mod correctly.

Hey man, I might be a little slow and be doing things wrong but it seems like it's still unoccupied. Do I need to do something with the descriptor .mod?
Is the mod abandoned? I don't really know where to start, sorry. I also tried using your links with anonfiles too and saw the unoccupied text file already exist
Hope you have any suggestions!
