I noticed that the tooning table didn't seem to be available from the start, yet, is TECHNICALLY craftable from the basic inventor's table, however, the recipe didn't seem to be a starting recipe. I'm wondering, though, which part did you want?
Did you want it to only be available at an improved inventor's table, or did you want it to be craftable from the first one?
*edit*
Just spawned in the toon table using admin. It seems that a lotta recepies are missing from the toon table.
First, fix:
My friend who is a more experienced modder said to change one line in the tooningtable. object. I mean you should swap "config" : "/interface/windowconfig/crafting.config" to "config" : "/interface/windowconfig/craftingnocategories.config". After this, you can see as admin and without it the Tooning Table and it's craftable in Inventor's Table.
Second fix:
You forgot to add recipes for your custom crafting table (Tooning Table). You should add your clothes and furniture recipes into tooningtable folder in the recipes folder. After this, clothes and furniture in Tooning Table are craftable.
This is all stuff I find out why your custom table didn't work.
I really like this mod and the problem with the Tooning Table bothered me for a long time. So I just mostly find myself a way to fix it. I hope it would be helpful if you ever would read this.
