for the inner wedges i am unable to connect walls at all on the outer part of them to close them off , is this intended?

Will let Tebo confirm intent...

But as I understand it the inner wedges are not meant to be used on their own.
I used them to allow for a ramp inside my structure between different levels.
The inner wedge on the second floor allowed the gap for the ramp to go up.

Though if I recall, I could snap a fence railing to it. I don't remember if i had to use a fence foundation to do that though.

hmm , i tried a CKF fence foundation and i couldn't get any snaps on the outside any where, but understood on the not ment to be used alone.

was going to use them as a full layer for my building area with all the tables and blah blah , with the bigger areas for dino's and such. back to the drawing board i suppose

These do not have outer snap points because they wouldn't line up with anything. I've considered resizing them a bit to make room for snap points for two walls on the outer ring but i believe the current gap lines up with something else (possibly one of the side snap points for large wedges?). It's something i'm still considering.
