Just get them from the file names in the mod itself. You dont need to wait for a mod author to make a list. In the same way that engram names come from the files... so do the spawn codes.

There's no list of spawn codes in your discussions... I can't find any spawn codes for this. :/ Or engram names or anything. Shouldn't that all be available somewhere? I already have the engrams from way back but I do need the spawn codes cause I was trying to set up an admin built spawn area with these.

As for using S+ and SS concurrently... Do not run multiple forks of the same mod project at the same time. There are 100% conflicts in doing that and things do break.

Why would you use it with S+??? S+ imported and merged the platforms from the original P+ years ago.

That said though... They were given new asset names by memory. So yeh S+ and P+ LTS should work fine but why?

As for SS... They have zero cross over between P+ and SS. So no conflicts. Been using both myself for years

I don't think its your mod. I'm just having issues tracking down which one's causing it. I purged all cache now and all mods to re-download everything (Though I doubt thats it).

I'll see what I can find this weekend and possibly put out an update.

Uh, two can't have customs, and yours I don't think so no. I have no reason to override anything in yours. Also cause another mod dev asked another question I'll share with you the answer I gave him when he asked about map and such.

I'm not even hosting Gen 2. I'm hosting Island, and nothing else. No Gen 2 content at all in my map. Not even Gen 1 content. I just boot up the server, and it can crash with no one joining at all. I've also seen it crash a minute after I joined as well. Its also crashed after we played for 11 hours and then logged off.

Do you have any custom recipe overrides set for any of these mods?

I've been having a crash lately since Gen2's release, related to some mod but I don't know which mod. I've been adding and removing mods in different combinations for days now, and one of the mods that if I add back in, causes the crash to happen again is this one.

It could be coincidence, but I don't know. I'm having lots of trouble diagnosing whats causing this issue and I can find no one who will assist me in finding out the root of this error. I am just giving this heads up to the modders of the mods I've found thus far that appear to prevent the crash.

The crash can be within 5 minutes of booting the server, or 24 hours later, there's no telling when it'll happen and there's nothing I can do to make it happen sooner.

Should be fine as long as SS doesn't have platforms.

I currently use the SS mod, and do not want to mess everything up. So will be sticking with SS, my question is will this platforms mod work alongside SS? can I use the base SS mod and Platforms+ together? or will bad things happen? lol

That's because S+ platforms are NOT the same as Platforms Plus or P+ LTS. Completely new assets.

Also his codes no longer work anymore with your mod.

You should add spawn codes to your discussions since the original author purged everything and made us have to go through this whole complex system of links to find the codes anymore all jam packed into one little document of codes for all his mods combined.

I currently have no plans to add or change functionality.

Hello, is there any plan to make "Large Sloped Tek Platform Wedge" closed for all? Because yesterday some allies went through sloped wedge and they could not get out. (I wasn't there but they told me they can't get out through sloped wedge).

Is there any way to move to S+ from Super Structures without losing any buildings or other things that I've built? I've been tempted, but I don't want to start up my game and see all my buildings and walls gone.

Yes, it was nice of him to make the mods for us. But when he combined them all to continue and left the alternates dead, it was like saying "Sorry, you have to come back to my S+ mod now if you want access to the other things I did."

I hate being put in that position, to tell everyone the author abandoned the mod and is forcing us to decide to continue with something we currently use, or deal with yet another port back to something that may or may not get abandoned again. I prefer SS, so, Snappy Saddles will just have to keep being used as its old version, and I will tell people that it got abandoned when they ask about how buggy it is and that there is no alternative.

Right now I use Super Structures, this Platform Plus, and Snappy Saddles the outdated dead version. I would prefer it, to keep these mods separate so that each can be updated and replaced in parts, more modular that way.

N+ has two mods.

1.0 is similar to this mod, but for Structures Plus, and with the addition of some cosmetic and customization options. N+ 2.0 is the new S+ with these same options and several other improvements (including some that are now in S+ as of its latest release). 2.0 does include all of the things rolled into it that S+ added in its series of updates earlier this year, and will likely incorporate as many changes as the author feels like porting over. Unlike other projects, he actually laid the groundwork to do so.

As for the rest, OS is an adult who is free to do what he wants with his spare time. I don't really understand being mad at someone who spent a long time doing cool stuff for you for free. Not only did he not delete it when he decided he was done, he made that stuff freely available for anyone to continue working on.

This mod only exists because he gave Platforms Plus to the community. Go be mad at him somewhere else. This page is for being mad at me.

You'd best ask the author of "Nominal Structures". As i understand it, it was just another fork of the old S+ project. Whether they also rolled in Snappy/P+ i don't know. Checkout the author nevcairiel's workshop.

Should note though that the platforms in the new S+ are not the P+ platforms. Different asset names from my discussion with Orionsun a while back.

And is N+ (whatever that stands for) a mod that does Platforms Plus and/or Snappy Saddles only? I don't want a big bulk mod when I already use and like Super Structures. I'm already quite pissed off at Orion for combining mods and abandoning the other parts forever so that we can't just keep using them.

@Vas Really sorry I missed your comment. I'm not refusing to update this, I just currently have no need to. Last I checked, the mod is working as intended. This isn't intended to be a big project. I did have plans for a separate project but I don't feel that's needed now because S+ is still getting major feature updates (including several features I specifically requested), N+ is taking it even further, and almost all the feature-oriented material I outlined last year has since been added to these mods.

With two talented mod authors I respect and talk fairly often working on these mods, I'm free to focus on other things. I will continue to maintain this mod, but the goal of this mod has always been maintenance of the original Platforms Plus functionality because once upon a time that broke and made a lot of people sad.

Can't do it with the Platforms, you have to use the Wedges. 12 wedges will snap to make a whole platform.

Can someone please tell me how to place these platforms on pillars? I would like to build them close to the ground and not attached to a tree or a cliff. I’m playing single player on PC. Thanks!

So you're no longer gonna update this? :/ I refuse to go back to S+. He already ditched his mod once and I don't want to risk going back to such a situation. He now abandoned his other mods after combining them too, so I can't use the separate pieces. I use Snappy Saddles, which he will never again update because he combined it into his S+ mod to force people to use S+ if they want snappy saddles and now you're forcing people to use S+ if they want Platforms Plus.

It can run with anything except Platforms Plus or any other mod that uses the same class names. It even runs with the new S+ and N+ platforms, though I'd recommend you only use them both to help your users transition from one to the other smoothly.

Currently Nominal Structures 2.0 (N+) has the best implementation of platforms by far.

This mod is compatible with S+ but superfluous. Several of my planned features were implemented in the S+ platforms.

These platforms (and the P+ platforms) DO NOT CONVERT so it's best to keep this mod or the original P+ for as long as you need. If you're starting fresh I don't recommend using either mod, and just use S+ by itself.

Using this mod on 8 servers. Works perfectly.
Perform isolation testing on your servers and if you identify one as being problematic perform a clean reinstallation of it. i.e. Remember to delete from the cache as well.

Been having crashes on our new server, only 2 mods currently on S+ and Platforms + is this mod still stable or has it stopped being supported

The shield for the tek platform is currently fixed in size and can only be turned on or off.

Montes Unlocker for engrams, makes all DLC stuff available.

No problem. To clarify, they require the vanilla stone cliff platform which you can learn on AB or with any other map or mod that lets you learn the vanilla AB engrams. You can learn and use the platforms anywhere once you meet that prerequisite.

Ark only shows so many depecdencies before it stops calculating more... You might need more than what it is telling you.
