it appears a mooring line hole that wasnt properly filled is causing this issue, i have not found a way to fix it yet.

due to major logic updates, including one where all ships sank and nothing worked, it sinks since its an abandoned or forgotten projects, and because the devs want money there is a space DLC pack, since this is an older project not having the new laws and adjustments to the newest logic, and even if youd get it to start you cant fly to space because it dosent have some fancy space engines from the space DLC.
