Character Creation Glitch
I don't know what it is but i filled out my character stats multiple times but it wont let me press done. It's grayed out. I've also noticed that it doesn't let me spend any weapon points.

The problem is that the game has it capped after so many points and this hides the buttons to increase weapon skills, which by default you have to have filled out during the character creation.

Try putting a point into the skill that increases weapon mastery (I think it was named critical skill?). Doing so increases the total pool that your character can have, brings the buttons back, and resolved the issue for me.
