Can’t recruit settlers
Any time I ask a settler to join me, they don’t accept or decline. The US just goes away like I ended the convo and there is nothing in the message log.

I think I'm having the same issue. i can recruit followers that i've proselytized or gotten to join through the water ritual, but when I try it on other NPCs, it closes the dialog box like I ended the conversation and nothing shows up in the message log. is that the intended behavior?
