Most of the U.S. Cold War (both early and late) units do not have radios as part of their default equipment. Interestingly, this issue is not present for the Cold War Soviet (both early and late) and FIA troops.

I reinstalled 3CB Factions and tested this with just 3CB Factions and the dependencies (RHS, CBA) loaded, and no other mods. The issue persists.
