Entering "The Cage" is objective of the initial level.
When you try to go there in the beginning, the bouncer tells you that you need tickets.
To find out where the tickets are, you need to offer a drink to the patron in the bar.

Directions from outside the Morgue: When you exit the morgue, you are in Tenth Street Center. Head down (the direction Decker ran the first time you exited the morgue). That takes you to the office block. Follow that street left. At the end of the street there is a building. If you find yourself on the map with the gate and the club you have got too far. The building doesn't actually have a door to click, you walk down the recess between the walls. There should be a waypoint to indicate where it is. If there isnt a waypoint let me know. Hopefully that helps. If it doesn't let me know and I'll see about getting you a screenshot.

Im on a tablet so my typing will be poor.
You can learn the keyword you need at the cage. Then you should offer someone a drink. Then you need to visit the business man. Then you can finally gain access.
Hopefully I wasnt too vague.
