Uhhh, if I may add one suggestion: Seeing how this Medic's got some really nice slacks now, it would be really great to have a proper (business, I guess) jacket, something like the Spy's suit. Probably with opened and closed bodygroups. In terms of color, it could either match the slacks, be white like the labcoat, or be paintable.

Would be cool if he got some rubber or latex gloves but not like the one ingame that goes over the sleeve but real life gloves that only go up to the wrist.

Or any kind of gloves since the surgery room is messy with blood alot of times

Could you re-do weight painting on legs? It looks abysmal if you manipulate legs in any way

This model desperately needs forearm twist bones
