Falls under the same problem as this the CK2 Map Generator. When they made that map they didn't create history files, so everything gets named Smith when you randomize it. It's a problem with anything made using the CK2 Map Generator.
Basically it's not a conflict more like a problem with the map. And I don't really know much about mapping so I can't help I'm afraid.

Thanks for the Help! you can use the map with custom maps if you set all title names to random
