Only version, will it work?
I am considering this mod as I have a horrendous traffic problem in my city. I have none of the previous versions as I only first knew about this a few days ago.

As well as that, I read some of the reviews (obvs I would not read 2 and a half thousand reviews) and they seem to say things like it doesn't load/ it crashes.

Does anyone know if it will work in those conditions?

I would appreciate an answer A.S.A.P as I really would like to fix the traffic problem in my city today.

If the answer is that it won't work, can you please link one that does work?

The mod works and always worked, most of the time it CS Multiplayer incompatibility or users not reading mod description (installing multiple version at a time).
