When I reload the game in the morning. The lane connector arrows revert back to old settings and my bus lines and traffic are a mess. It looks like the devs are trying to work it out but need our info but I cannot figure out what the heck 'simulation' is or even finding the upload logs info...
I am not running any other mod.
edit found instructions... https://github.com/CitiesSkylinesMods/TMPE/wiki/Share-your-Cities-Skylines-log-file
edit: finally logs are in discord for mine
@bunky We've found a bug in lane connector which prevents removing connectors (only delete/backspace works). All connections you remove then save will reappear on next load. That might be the case here
So for each time you wish to edit a junction you need to use delete key and build it up from scratch. They will fix it soon.
Just curious why this mod hasn't been wound-back to the last known good (previous version). No known user issues with that, to my knowledge.
It cannot be reverted to previous version because updated mod data scheme is not compatible - previous version of the mod has no idea how to load data from the current version - nothing will load.
New version is under internal testing before it goes to TM:PE TEST, will bring rail-road separation for lane connector tool and fix current bugs - e.g.: you will be able to create completely different lane connections for shared tram/car lanes.
when editing ... 1) you can add any amount you want,
2) to remove an arrow you have to a)memorize b)hit backspace to delete all c) goto step 1 and add all the arrows you want... (TLDR;you cannot remove one and have it remembered due to software thus...delete all before removing with DEL or BACKSPACE)
With perhaps 31 people jumping for joy at 'uni- and bi-directional lane connection' improvements the other 17,212 are left pondering their existence as they pick lint from their belly buttons with a toothpick.
Let's face it, the vanilla game is poor without mods. When the best mods become spoiled then the whole game becomes spoiled. Deleting and starting over is not a fix. Countless saves for many players spoiled. Not being able to roll back a failed update is poor management.
I have well over 6,000 hours in this game but haven't played in weeks now due to this. Yes, I'm annoyed. I'll pop back from time to time to see if there's a later update than 3 Jun @ 4:05am.
This is the problem with mods as players become too reliant on them due to the vanilla game being pretty poor without.
