Issue with the arrow selection
I cannot assign a selection with the arrows. It has also broken bus line traffic flow. When trying to do so I get the error "Arrow direction is not allowed based on the current intersection profile"
It also will "slow" traffic still driving to 20 KM/h orso. It only will do when creating new roads. Existing roads are fine untill deleted and rebuild. I did already remove some mods possible causing the issue. Also reinstalled the TMPE stable to the latest version, Issue started after last CS update combined with electric road mod (now removed)

I had this problem as well after TMPE updated to 11.7.5. I was able to overcome it by removing TMPE completely, then re-downloading it. I know you've said you had already tried uninstalling it, but that is what worked for me.

Can you discribe what you did exactly? I did unsubscripe and subscribe back again. Start the came but did not reload the city as I did wonder if that would ruin my city. Maybe I should just do that as well. It is not working anyway. A new city is fine and doens't have the issue (anymore)

I probably did what you did. I removed it using the 'X' in the Content Manager. I then resubscribed to it via Steam. HOWEVER... Today when I upgraded a 4-lane divided road with bike lanes to a 6-lane road with bike lanes, the same symptom re-appeared. It seems as if it was only temporary. FWIW, this started happening to me with 11.7.5.0. The previous stable version worked fine, even with the latest game update.

At first I thought it was because I used anarchy mod for 2 mins. But unsubscribing from TM:PE and donwloading version V11.8 fixed the problem for me. Also enabled the harmony mod again, not sure what that does tho...

Same happened to me. Seems that it's related whenever a road gets replaced which is connected to a bike lane. The issue was fixed when I removing ("X" via content manager) and resubscribing.

I just had this issue, but the fix for me was just to exit the game and launch it again. Even re-loading my saved game, the problem was gone. The only thing slightly unusual I did was to connect some new roads to the highway offramp that was there by default on the map (which it itself a segment of "highway").
