Hey guys.
I came back to Cities Skylines after few months and when I enter a city I get : Traffic Manager: President Edition failed to load. You can continue playing but it's NOT recommended. Traffic Manager will not work as expected.
I tried resubscribing to mod, validating game files, etc. and nothing. Not sure how to find proper logs, but it happens every time I enter a city. Doesn't matter if I'm creating a new one or entering existing one.
Also to point out I only have Move It, Prop Precision and Roundabout Builder mods.
Traffic in game seems completely bugged also. There are flying cars and randomly stopped cars in the middle of the road with no route when I check on them. I need to manually remove them.
