Enabling any AI stops citizens coming to the city
As soon as I enable any kind of parking and/or advanced AI, people stop coming to my city. As I understand it, this is an old bug (found it in some build notes of a previous version of TMPE) but I was wondering if anybody found a fix? Thanks!

Could you share a savegame (the state before you enable AI)? It's the best way to reproduce such issues.

Has to be a conflict because I have a FLOOD of Cims coming to all my cities that I build, and I use a HOARD of mods in game. All of my options are turned on, and to the highest strength at that. :steamhappy:
