Deactivate TM:PE
If I deactivate the mod, can I continue playing the map that I previously played with the mod without the mod?

Yes. You can disable TMPE or unsubscribe it any time without breaking the save.

Even better! While you will lose network specific TM:PE configuration, city-specific configuration is in a file saved "alongside" your save game when you update your settings and will be reloaded when switching from Stable<->Labs or re-installing :)
