Left turns from priority roads
In V10.x, when making a road a priority road I noticed that turning left from a priority road would wait for traffic from the opposite direction. This felt more realistic to me, and also more workable since traffic from the other direction would not get hindered by traffic turning into a side road. Is there way to get this behaviour back, or at least a toggle for that?

When using shortcuts or quick applicators, you can usually apply them again one or more times to cycle through alternatives.

The point is, in V10 I had selected priority signs on the main road and yield signs on the side roads and traffic turning left would yield. In V11 I create the exact same setup but left turning traffic does not yield.
