Out of curiosity, what screen resolution are you using (and what aspect ratio)?
Changing from STABLE to LABS didn't solve the problem. Later today I'll deactivate all of my other mods to see if the problem results from any incompatibility with one of them.
And cause of your curiosity: My screen resolution is 3840x2160 and the aspect ratio is 16:9.
v11.5.0 will be released in few days which will hopefully solve any issues with the main TMPE toolbar and lane arrows UI. I think speed limits is next on the list (likely v11.6.0) and then at some point traffic lights (probably 11.7.0 or later as it's most complex bit of UI in the mod).
Also, check the scaling slider in TM:PE mod options screen on the General tab. Each upgraded bit of the UI will respect the setting of that slider.
So just to clarify: To solve the problem of small ingame-windows in C:S you just have to lower the resolution INSIDE THE GAME at least one step. (settings > graphics > resolution)
And for your interest, @aubergine18: There has been no incompatibility issues with other mods. I tested that first before I found out this simple solution. ':-D
