The Italian sphere could be named simply Italian Empire or Novum Imperium Romanum (Novum, not Novus like in the game).

Some Suggestions...
Should have an option on German Focus Tree to annex Italy, as they did in the real version of The Man in the High Castle.
Maybe Focus Tree to Neutral Zones and Central Russia to organize Resistance with Democracy or even Communism but with new leaders as most of the old one would have been killed.
Havoc in places formely mentioned in the Series like The Neutral Zone and Manchuria, it seems that the Japanese never did stabilize those areas.
Add Mp5 in new weaponry on tech tree of the Nazis to match the series and it seems like it is the usual Nazi weapon, the Type 64 as the "new" japanese assault rifle.
If possible rename the Military Police Company in Japanese as "Kempeitai".

So in the book, and tv show Italy if it even exists is a mere German Puppet. As well as the other Axis Powers. Now how do i know this about the TV show well in one episode there in a school and if you pause it quick enough you see a map wiith Red, Grey and yellow. Red for German, Gray neutral/non aligned nations, and yellow for Japan.

Possibly expanding the neutral zone, as fascists are ardent supporters of nature, and allowing more space for plants and animals untrampelled by humans would be a top priority.

You should set it up through events or focuses so that the neutral zone can start/support revalutions in occupid areas

Make it so that all the Fascist countries don't have a rediculous number of divisions and manpower.
(Seriously, Japan got to over 1,000 divisions in my game)

if Portugal would have let be independent it would continue in the rule of Salazar bcs he was a dictator and was the ruler since the 1930s he would be almost dead as he died in 1969 if im correct, Portugal didnt participate or loose the war so why taking its colonies away to germany, it might make sense as a payment to continue Portugal as independent, but i dont know
