Bug Reports / Problems
Due to spaming and a mess of junk, re started Bug Reports here.

Duplicate reports of a "bug" thats addressed recently will be deleted. Please Read The Feed.

The only bugs coming up in the last year and a half are all caused by the user editing the cfg file wrong, installing things like the Hunting Mod ( which is built into DNSK already ) or using an ILLEGAL clone of the mod. These will no longer be addressed as its not DNSK causing the issue but user or hacker error.

If you have a legitimate request or question on how to change a cfg setting, ask it in the comments feed and @ me.

its due to the fact that the supplies are "ingots" and the units are both assemblers.... will address in the next major update.

Would this be why Isy's Inventory Manager keeps trying to send water and nutrients to the refinery? And who would I report issues like this to, yourself or Isy? Or maybe both?

Isy is doing what its supposed to do, not a bug. You need to do 1 of 2 things 1 ) set up the filters on ISY to prevent it or 2 ) myself I put my food system on its own loop connecting only to a single small cargo container.

Just had a crash to desktop. I'm not sure if daily needs is implicated, or just adjacent, but the last thing in the crash-log is:

which mentions Sabiroid eggs not being of desired type.

Given there's a cargo container being destroyed in the stack-trace, I'm guessing it's a crashed special-contents pod that's triggered it.

Also thank you muchly for an amazing mod! I'm having a blast with Daily Needs + EWE!

Edit: It's definitely the special-content / unknown signal pod hitting the ground. I can load a save just before the crash and watch the exception come down as soon as the pod hits the earth.

no problems with pods in the test world, unable to reproduce your problem ( with DNSK alone ).

ADDENDUM - Note from EWE mod Page ( which you are running )

"Will this work with other Mods?
- Yes as long as this mod is last in the list and other mods do not add any new components."

So I traced the error, Sabiroid Eggs are a Component in the DNSK mod. When EWE author declared his mod compatible with DNSK, drops in containers of DNSK items were broken by Keen and I had subsiquently fixed them.

Since EWE loads after DNSK, its an error being caused by EWE component handling in the containers file in EWE. Sorry, I cant help you.

I am having this issue making plate food, it doesn't seem to make them when I tell it too. Does it take a long while for them? I get it saying Missing Items. I can make everything else, like Tofu and Synth Food, but those large plate ones don't work. It pulls to required items but doesnt assemble them.

Make sure the supplies you need are not in output bins of blocks. Place items in a connected cargo container. Keen bug. Likes to not draw from tbe output of a block

OK I got it now. So bascilly I had to clear out the Food Protein Resequencer and place them in cargo.

Some how I had thing disassembling and it put those items in the output bin. Once I cleared them out and put them in cargo, I was golden.

Also I assume the black around the icons now is something there because some of them have text in the icons now also.

I've experienced a bug, when I pause the game, everything but hunger and thirst stops. When I unpause the game the hunger and thrist bar drops as if the game was not paused.

read the users guide, this is not a bug. this is because of how Keen uses scripts in game. as the guide states very clearly only a cryopod will freeze your stats. Thsi can not be changed, again KEEN.

@Raven_2012 I have several difftent meals in my inventory, Event tried to spawn in a luxory meal. It still only goes to 50 on the "food".
I tried on a brand new map after Skallabjorn answered, and ofcourse there I had no problems.
Guess its something in my saves that causes it. Will try to move my blueprints to a new world an see of that helps.

@ Skallabjorn: thanks for your answer. And sorry I didn't test it better before writing the first time.
I know that Stamina should only go up to 125 only when using a bed. But as I just had used a bed the stamina was only down to 110, and when sitting at a NOMS table it went up to 125 again. that was throwing me a bit off.

note it uses food in order that it finds it ( like reading a book, left to right, top line, next line . next line, is how SE code looks for items.

, so if the first food it finds is synth food, it uses that till its gone, and synth food or emerg raions only goes to 50.
