Can you make a engine-car like a passenger car that has a enging and small cab inside. it can couple to pass. cars infront and behind the car. can it also be two sided like the sound transit Sounder?

Can you try to take the fastest train that storm works has ever seen and make it like an emergency high speed transport shuttle thing. Like for medical emergencies

Could you make a wagon that comes with a car on it?
Like a flatbed with a car that actually fits

I would love to see a sort of military command train, with cars sort of like the boxcar, but with flat sides, and a sort of control room, similar to an AWACS control room, and then a flatbed at the back with loads of sensors like wind, rain, fog, speed, things like that, and have it have a sleek black and red colour sceme. i have attempted to build this myself, but i am not a very talented builder as i do not understand things like logic.
A design inspiration could be the Just Cause 4 Military Train

so basicaly a pickup eqiupt with tools and supplies for repairing damages and transfering train crew. small details like tools would be nice.

Can you make a Service Train? With LOTS of batteries on it, because whenever I try to make a big train, the power drains VERY QUICK

Then don't go full throttle on the electric motors. At least on my trains the engines and electric motors have separate throttles. I have no issues with electricity.

Suggestion: A multiple Unit train ( I hope thats correct, its Triebzug in german )

Details: A train being build together in a configuration of 2 cabs, one on each side and passenger or cargo cars in the middle
