how you'd try to make the shellguard teleporter? I think its in the SG vending machine think at the archatect's table

I'm having the same problem. I completed the questline for the vehicles in singleplayer but completed the survivor questline in my friend's universe as well. I can't access the core, and I already have quite a few quests done there already up to Crab Calamity and now I can't continue it.

Do I have to get the Quest IDs to get the rebuilt core or is there another solution I don't know of yet? If not though, what is the ID for the core quest? Thanks.
