To get this workshop loaded into your Tabletop Simulator (TTS): Create a new game in TTS, click the blue Workshop button, then click the green Browse button. Type "Start Trek Ascendancy" into the search box and you'll see this workshop listed among others. click the green subscribe button. From now on, you'll see this mod (and any other you subscribed to) in your workshops list when you create a new game.
