Hi, I'm currently playing some Star Trek Ascendancy rounds with some friends. We now had two games, where we chose as Turn Order the option "Random Turn Order". There we assumed, that we have no biding phase after first contact. But after first contact the factions having first contact get the biding option. Is this an error or don't we understand the rules correctly?
