We found two bugs, first the Briar Patch is listed as a 4 Hazard when it is a 5, second it seems that letting the auto-brave system give you Research is bugging out the Research supply. This could be unrelated but it's the most obvious cause. What happens is if you use the auto-brave system, and then remove Research to spend it, you get a message that you have no research even though you have a visible stack.
I am able replicate the Research supply bug. Should be able to fix that.
The Hazard 4 on The Briar Patch is very confusing to me. I saw the stream and it does say Hazard [4], but in my games, whenever I test it, it correctly uses Hazard [5]. If it isn't too much trouble, can you load that saved game up and right-click the Briar Patch and look at the Description? It should say: "System;Hazard:5;Phenomenon;Cardassian;" It reads the Hazard from the description.
As for the Vulcan Science. I didn't read the OR as exclusive, but you guys convinced me that it probably is. I'll add a prompt to that fleet allowing for the choice of something like: "Brave for free" OR "Brave with re-rolls".
The Vulcan Science Halitra will now prompt you with "Reroll Failures?". Note that the reroll is only for "Hazardous System Tests" so you won't get rerolls for things like Exploration Card Hazard events.
Off topic: You should now be able to mess around with the Turn Order cards at the start of the game to randomize things. The game will repair the deck when it needs to use it.

Thanks!
Note: The Max Lanes and Hazard values are backwards on both The Briar Patch and Paulson Nebula. I didn't find any others, but will double check one more time.
