Could you please remove the lines 92 to 95 from:
/Languages/English/DefInjected/RecipeDef/Recipes_CFSurg_Dis.xml
?

They are referencing a recipe you must have removed some time ago, and cause a translation issue warning in Rimworld console. Below the Lines in question:
