[Slient hill mode] when will the siren go off/ when will pyramid head spawn

To answer your question (wow im surprised nobody has even done it) you will hear music play for about 3-5 minutes (when i timed it) and then a siren will go off for a few seconds and a random point on the map will spawn pyramid head.
