In the Time of Angels the River Song uses the Blue stabilisers to stabilize the TARDIS. This could be used to keep the TARDIS from shaking, (Assuming that the TARDIS will shake if this is added)

The Time Rotor Handbrake could be used to stop the reconizable sound of the TARDIS when its getting ready to fly or when it lands.

Using the these together will create a smooth and silent dematerialization and materialization.
