Blue stabilisers and Time Rotor Handbrake
In the Time of Angels the River Song uses the Blue stabilisers to stabilize the TARDIS. This could be used to keep the TARDIS from shaking, (Assuming that the TARDIS will shake if this is added)

The Time Rotor Handbrake could be used to stop the reconizable sound of the TARDIS when its getting ready to fly or when it lands.

Using the these together will create a smooth and silent dematerialization and materialization.

PROOF

In the Time of Angels the Doctor asks why the landing noise wasnt playing, River said that he left the brakes on.

I seriously want this to be in the update in case i want to fly a "functional" tardis.
