An idea for manual repair
I think the TARDIS needs to have a way to repair it without the auto-repair, I dont like leaving the TARDIS for a repair and it would be good for rp.

The Doctor was sometimes seen under the console floor putting repairs on the wires (not sure how this would work since the mod does not actually include them as decoration) that hung from the glass floor.

A lot of people are suggesting this in the Feature Requests post, along with the swing the Doctor sits on to make these repairs.

Mabye the swing he uses under the console, it could bring up a gui where buttons appear and dissapear and for each one you manage to click its +5 HP. Or it could be a combo of switches.

Warning, I may sound like a nerd again.

The glass bulb under the console is the heart of the TARDIS in that version of the interior. When the TARDIS has ever been extremely damaged, the heart of the TARDIS is the point of the following explosion (it explodes from under the console, not the console itself in The Pandorica Opens, and had already exploded before the Doctor found out in Journey to the Center of the TARDIS).

Since the heart of the TARDIS is linked to its health, maybe this could be something linked to repairing the TARDIS too?

how about some physical wires that plugs into plugs (colour coded) and affter that replace a time compasitor whats in the console, and you open a hatch place it in carfuly if not it will break
also what is mat.wav in the sounds folder?

mat.wav is the materialisation sound. At the moment there is nothing under the console area so I can't really see that working well.

for damage healing, perhaps we could work something like the SCars Repair Swep, where one can spawn parts via the Q menu, and dependent on damage it could require a few different parts. eventualy it should get it up to about 95% hp so people wont stockpile parts to get full health right away.

Interesting, replacement parts are definately viable due to how the system works. Maybe we'll see it one day, maybe not.
