My pawns seem to be thinking that Cat's Eye Berry Juice is a food; they'll feed it to prisoners and sick pawns and use it themselves all the time despite it being forbidden in drug *and* food policies. I think the issue is I have pawns carry 1 with them all the time since it's basically go-juice lite.
