I have the same problem

mine are getting pregnant, but they give birth and nothing happens.

I should have fixed the isues with (-999) pregnancies for some AlienRaces which was caused due to a vanilla change with 1.3
(Vanilla Rimworld changed things with 1.3, so that the gesatationPeriod is no longer 10 days when no value is set, but -1.0f)

let me kown if you still see it and with which AlienRace (if you have another mod that handles pregancies than CSL it might still be possible if that mod does not have it fixed aswell)
