The rods physicaly cannot be lowered fast enough before the system blows. I've already tried a whistle blower team that on EVERY cycle tests the value to make for the fastest response time through the M cache. Even THAT cant lower it fast enough. 50 units (inputed by writing 100) simply is too slow. Every other iteration works UNTIL I hit 66.
