to be a tribute demanding Pirate?

A BattleShip landing nearby or hovering over your base setting an ultimatum to you for delivering resources or credits. If you don't comply, they will attack you. If you pay, the leave peacefully.

This would be a great feature for me. I'm not into combat in SE and I like it more to build, explore and trade. Also it would bring some money/resource sink into the game, one way or another.
