This error means?
2019-12-26 06:34:09.814: Reference issue detected (circular reference or wrong order) for mod 1521905890
We currently can't join the server.
The mod is loaded first in order, so I figure that's not it.
(Edit)
Actually there is a reference issue reported for MES for every single ship mod we have installed (4 of them). WHen I remove a ship mod, the number of reports for MES goes down by 1.
(Edit 2) I noticed in my log that even though MES is first in mod order it's initialized LAST for some reason. Would this be the problem?

I've had same, but doesn't prevent server game ready. Basically in their coding a parent object refers to a child object and then the child object refers back to parent. Just plain bad coding, but it is easily fixable by the dev of the Mod.
