Conversation mod?
I'm not sure I'd want to jump into it myself, but would it be possible for someone to piggy back off this mod? Like a mod that depends on this one, that would changes interaction bubbles to actual dialogues.

For example, instead of simply saying "X talked to Y about crazy eels", the bubble would go like "X: Hey Y, why don’t eels breed with eagles? Because it’s eeleagle."

But its not working for me for some reasone, only interaction bubbles work. Dunno how to fix this, so tried to search here

Works for me! I didn't have to do anything special, so there might be an incompatibility with more of your mods.
