I've edited modinfo.lua and added a new 0 value for continentsize. And checked that it's only ever added to 0 one time in modworldgenmain.lua. BTW, please fix your indent style, it's a mix of both tabs and spaces and a huge number of trailing whitespaces. Anyway, the world size is still the same, just the islands became smaller it seems.

How is shard configuration supposed to work? Does it require some additional mod? I only found that it sees shard IDs over 50 as reserved for the multiworlds mod. I don't think that selecting 1+1+1+1 shards config worked because I still have SW and Ham islands on the main map and I expected them to be on a separate map like caves are.

It's in steamapps/workshop/content/322330/1505270912/modinfo.lua You can carefully edit it by copying compact, renaming it and setting data to 0 for that new option.

I've tried running a dedicated 1+1+1+1 sharded server but I'm getting weird port assignment problems on fresh Ubuntu. Did not spend much time trying to find the cause, all the ports are different and the log contains mentions of port 21015 when all the ports are 12### or 11###. Maybe I'll try again later.
