Hi, sir, my issue is that any kind of raft can not sail on water but it can be placed on water.
But the surfboard with the character can be used to sail, I tried to disable other mods and leave only three Tropical mods but the issue still happens. By the way, I used to add this mod before and it works properly.

u need the oar for rowing the simpler rafts use it like the bigger boats
