Basically wither the enemy down with javelins until the odds of melee success turn in the Briton's favour.
I could make all British units skirmishers, or just keep them as infantry.
I can imagine them being skirmishers would not be fun to play against, but then the AI would not use them currectly as infantry and would charge straight into the enemy without even using all their javelins.
Horses and Bows would be the speciality of the Britons.
Quite interesting as I have been testing them a bit with them acting like skirmishers and having two javelins. The AI seems to throw javelins, run as the enemy approaches them, turn around and throw the second volley and go into the charge.
By that time even with lowered stats they often win against English levys.
