Then search for uiscaling and under that it will have a line that looks something like:
<attribute id="Value" value="1" type="6">
change that to
<attribute id="Value" value="0.75" type="6">
Save and exit, then reopen the game and it should be working. Unfortunately all the rest of the UI will be smaller as well, but thats the only fix I've been able to figure out.
