Unfortunately, the way the game calculates the radius is not accurate once you get to radii of this size. It seems the game has a limit to how far light can travel from a lamp and these Sun Lights reach that maximum limit. The lamp is located where the green circle is, and the light radius has been turned up from 20 as it is in this mod to 100 for the sake of clarity. As you can see, the game seems to light up only one chunk of the map, regardless of where the lamp is located in that area. As a result, the light is not centered in the lighted area. So, it's not really possible to draw an accurate radius. Nonetheless, the light has a radius of 20, while the normal Rimworld sun lamp only has a radius of 7, so this light's radius is significantly larger. And, even at the farthest edge of that 20, the light is strong enough to grow crops indoors. I hope that helps. :)
