Frankoz faction
Are the franks supposed to start out with roman-polytheism as their official religion, with 0% of the population being that religion? And 85% being germanic polytheism? I'm confused. Is it just a bug?

It's apparently supposed to represent the early romanization of the Frankish nobility, so it's not a bug.

Gregory of Tours strictly refers them as worshipping roman polytheism. it may be truth or may be mistake or assimilation form like Jupiter-Zeus, but he knew german polytheism very well, so this mistake/assimilation seems pretty doubtful.
On the other hand that is what @Stolt obög wrote - their aristocracy was heavily romanized by IV/Vth century and that is what mod represents.
