Does MANACAT support work with L4D2 all survivors mod?

Yes, they do. Manacat's tools mostly works with changing the environment so it has nothing to do with the survivors themselves if Director starts placing different objects around.

The only thing it will do is increase the number of infected to compensate for increased/decreased survivor size.

If you have a bigger number of survivors - Director will become more aggressive and spawn more common infected.

if you have a smaller number of survivors - Director will be a little nicer.
